Yes, you can. SigningHub accepts various document formats, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images and, most importantly, PDFs. When you upload any document, SigningHub automatically converts it to the secure and long-term archive format PDF/A for signing.

SigningHub has multiple ways to sign PDFs, including:

  • Draw your signature – SigningHub provides a touchpad-like interface where you can draw your signature using your mouse or touchscreen
  • Upload an image – If you already have your signature saved as an image file, you can upload it for signing.
