Compliance with Global Accessibility Guidelines
Overview
SigningHub (v10 and later) is designed and tested to be accessible and inclusive for all users. Ascertia is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities and continuously improving the user experience based on accessibility best practices.
Standards and Testing
SigningHub has been tested for compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the Revised Section 508 Standards of the United States and the European Union EN 301 549 standard. Testing was completed under internal QA procedures using the LERA Chrome extension. A summary of SigningHub’s accessibility features can be found in the SigningHub Accessibility Conformance report.
Status
As of May 2025 SigningHub (v10 or later) meets or partially meets the WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria, the Revised Section 508 Standards of the United States, and European Union EN 301 549. Our team continues to identify and address areas for improvement in response to evolving accessibility needs.

We regularly audit SigningHub’s accessibility and collaborate with users and accessibility experts to maintain and enhance usability across all devices and assistive technologies.
